1. Controller

2. Principles

We process personal data only on a lawful basis (Art. 6 GDPR; Art. 31 Swiss FADP), with data minimisation, purpose limitation and transparency. Personal data is never sold to third parties.

3. Data we process

• Server log data (IP, browser, timestamp) for security and stability.
• Data you voluntarily provide (e.g. email for enquiries or the newsletter).
• Strictly necessary cookies (see Cookie Notice).

4. Purposes & legal bases

Operating the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), answering enquiries (contract / pre-contract, lit. b) and newsletter (consent, lit. a, revocable at any time).

5. Retention

Data is deleted as soon as the purpose ceases to apply and no statutory retention obligations require continued storage.

6. Processors

We use carefully selected service providers (hosting, email, analytics) bound by contract to GDPR/FADP standards. Transfers to third countries take place only with appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

7. AI notice (EU AI Act)

AI systems may be used for content, recommendations or chat features. They do not produce automated decisions with legal effect concerning you (Art. 22 GDPR). AI-generated content is labelled as such where required.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, as well as to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (CH: FDPIC; EU: your national data protection authority).

9. Security

Transmission is encrypted via TLS. Technical and organisational measures are continuously aligned with the state of the art.
