These terms govern the use of the website and content of the brand LIENKA Perfumes, owned by Sinem Kambur (the “Maison”). By accessing the website you accept these terms.
2. Content & trademark
All content (texts, images, fragrances, names, logos, designs, compositions) is protected by copyright, trademark and/or related rights. Any reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial use — in whole or in part — requires the prior written consent of the owner. “LIENKA” and “LIENKA Perfumes” are signs of the owner.
3. No product warranty
Descriptions of olfactive compositions are of an artistic nature. Individual perception, skin tolerance and allergies may vary. A skin tolerance test is recommended before use.
4. Limitation of liability
Content is prepared with care, but without warranty as to its currency, accuracy or completeness. To the extent permitted by law, any liability of the owner Sinem Kambur and of the developer (in cooperation with Lovable) for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of data or damages arising from the use or non-use of the website is excluded. Liability for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages arising from injury to life, body or health, remains unaffected.

We accept no liability for the content of linked external sites; their operators are solely responsible.
